“Goods” means all Products provided by Southern Solutions Group LLC, which includes its affiliates worldwide (“SSGroup”). All sales of Goods shall be made only upon these Terms and Conditions and NOT any purchase order or other document of the Customer. BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF GOODS FROM SSGROUP, CUSTOMER SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SSGroup failure to object to any terms which conflict with these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of objection thereto. Any change to these Terms and Conditions must be specifically agreed to in writing by a duly authorized representative of SSGroup.
Full payment is due according to Customer’s credit terms. All late payments (received 5 days after due date) shall be charged interest on a daily basis from the due date until paid in full. A late charge of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month will be imposed on all past due accounts. Customer shall be liable for costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, in any action to collect past due amounts. Under no circumstances with payments be delayed or withheld due to a pending return.
DELIVERY AND TIME
Customer acknowledges that SSGroup will not be liable for any damage or injury arising from a delay in delivery. Customer must notify SSGroup in writing of no delivery of Goods, or receipt of nonconforming or damaged Goods within 3 days of the delivery date. Delivery to Customer occurs when Goods are delivered to Customer, the carrier or Customer’s agent at SSGroup facility, whichever occurs first.
Products purchased or received under these Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to export control laws, restrictions, regulations and orders of the United States. Customer agrees to comply with all applicable export laws, restrictions and regulations of the United States or foreign agencies or authorities, and shall not export, or transfer for the purpose of re-export, any product to any prohibited or embargoed country or to any denied, blocked, or designated person or entity as mentioned in any such United States or foreign law or regulation. Customer represents and warrants that it is not on the Denied Persons, Specially Designated Nationals or Debarred Persons List and is not otherwise prohibited by law from purchasing the products or services hereunder. Customer shall be responsible to obtain any license to export, re-export or import as may be required. SSGroup will not be responsible for any changes or alterations on the original invoice made by the Customer or any other person.
Customer holds SSGroup harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses and liabilities arising out of or in connection with such use or sale.
RISK OF LOSS
It is the Customer’s responsibility to seek compensation from the carrier for damaged or missing freight. SSGroup shall not be responsible for any claims or damages resulting from a delay in delivery or failure to perform which results from: governmental regulations, strike, lockouts, accident, fire, delays in manufacturing, transportation, acts of God, or any other causes beyond the control SSGroup. In case of partial or complete destruction of goods, SSGroup is excused unless destruction is due to SSGroup own negligence.
Any product returned requires first an authorization process by SSGROUP RMA department. Products returned without a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Customer is responsible for his own process, and must fill all claim forms, and submit them by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. RMA form Requests shall be fulfilled according to SSGroup RMA policy. All RMA requests are conditional and are not final until the product is received and inspected by SSGroup. The warranty will not apply to those goods that are damaged due to transportation, misuse, abuse, negligence or notification by any party other than SSGroup. Products showing signs of mishandling or internal or external alteration will not be received. SSGroup is not responsible for damage caused by transport companies during shipment. Damage caused by electrical accidents such as electrical discharges (lightning), surges or fluctuations of energy above the level of tolerance of the machine, exposed to humidity or dust, or any other external agent will not be accepted. All products must be returned in their original box, with accessories, packaging and bags.
RMA products will be replaced by same product. No Cash Refunds, only balance for future purchases. Pending RMA issues will be credited once they are fully approved by RMA department. Customer MUST PAY INVOICE IN FULL in case RMA credit has not been issued. Pulled hard drives have limited warranty and must be returned in their original packages for exchange or credit.
Credit or exchange will be issued at the original price charged less handling and transportation charges, where applicable. Returns with no damage will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge.

New Products: 3 Months Warranty (AFTER 3 MONTHS WARRANTY ISSUES MUST BE DIRECTED TO THE MANUFACTURER)
CPO Products: 6 Months Warranty
SPO Products: 3 Months Warranty
Refurbished Products: 3 Months Warranty
Open Box Products: 3 Months Warranty
Off-Lease Products: 1 Month Warranty
Hard Drives: 6 Months to 1 year Warranty (Depending on Brand)
Mobile Devices: According to invoice
